Bennett’s Big Buck Contest (3BC), benefiting Faith Excursions for Everyone, was a huge success in the 2023 season. Seventy-seven hunters entered the contest, 28 of whom were youth hunters. Our youth participants reported four bucks taken during the season, the largest being a nine-point scoring 110 inches.

Adult hunters reported six Michigan archery bucks, five Michigan firearm bucks, three heavy does, and seven out-of-state bucks harvested. The largest Michigan buck recorded was a 131-inch nine-point, while the largest out-of-state buck, from Ohio, measured 151 inches.
